Who is responsible
Moiras, the business of Thanasis Moiras is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, write to contact@moiras.nl.
What I collect, and why
The contact form
When you send a project inquiry through the contact form, I store your name, email address, the kind of help you need and your message, plus your business name and phone number if you fill them in. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss the work you ask about. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Personal offer pages
Some businesses receive a personal link with a selection of my products. When you send a request from such a page, I store the business name the link was made for, the products you ticked and the date. I use this only to prepare the quote you asked for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Server logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this website keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, the pages requested and browser information. They are used only to keep the website secure and working, which is my legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
How long I keep it
Inquiries and offer requests are deleted automatically 24 months after they were sent, or earlier when you ask me to. If you become a client, the details needed for the agreement and the invoices are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period only.
Who receives it
Your data is stored in the website's own database, and only I can read it. The hosting provider that runs the website and its database processes the data on my behalf, under a data processing agreement. I never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not place cookies on your device, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not load fonts, scripts or other content from other companies. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, and I will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to show you, correct or delete your personal data, to limit how I use it, or to send it to you or another company. You can also object to its use. Write to contact@moiras.nl; I answer within one month.
If you think I handle your data incorrectly, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
